About the Position

As a Store Employee at Biltema, you are an important part of the customer experience in the store. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that customers receive the best possible service. Your workday consists of various tasks, including product picking, cash register work, and customer service. If you enjoy a fast-paced work environment and customer interactions, you will thrive in our café, which is a popular spot for our customers.

As a Store Employee in the café, you will work with sales, receive deliveries from various suppliers, and ensure that the café is kept clean and fresh. You will take care of customers with a smile and work together with colleagues in a fast-paced environment. The tasks will vary from day to day.

About You

The customer's time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to read the customer's needs. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is a pronounced service-oriented person and has the customer in focus. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you enjoy taking initiative, seeing what needs to be done, and want to have order and tidiness around you. Personal suitability will be highly valued, as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English.

Experience in retail, particularly in customer service, cash handling, and complaint management, is a plus. To quickly adapt to the role, we appreciate a strong interest in our product range and areas or café operations.
